The app that helps you get an instant psychological help and find your personal psychotherapist

Challenge
One of the top UK's psychotherapy clinics hired us (an agency) to launch their new product. They had decided to scale their business and focus on the online format of the therapy sessions.

I interviewed patients and therapists, researched clinic website data and internal statistics, viewed competitors' decisions and best practices. As a result, I designed MVP of the cross-platform mobile app for psychotherapy on demand.

Services provided:
— Product research: analytics, competitors, market, users
— UX Design: wireframes, user flows, users stories
— UI Design: high-fidelity app design
— Prototyping: detailed Figma prototype of main scenarios

In the UK market, there aren't global players who own a big part of the psychotherapy on-demand market. At the same time, in the pandemic conditions amount of people who want to get help in the online format is extremely increasing.

Many patients choose therapists and book sessions from mobile devices. Video call is the most useful format for both sides. But video calls work awful in the mobile browser, therefore we've chosen to develop a cross-platform mobile app.
